Which carriers do you support?

We currently support tracking for: UPS, FedEx, DHL, USPS, Amazon Logistics, OnTrac, and Canada Post. We're constantly adding new carriers based on user demand.

Is there a cost to use Track4Trace?

No, our basic tracking service is completely free. We may offer premium features in the future but core tracking will remain free.

Why can't I see detailed tracking information?

Some carriers restrict full tracking data through third-party platforms. If you're missing details, try checking directly on the carrier's website.

How often is tracking information updated?

We refresh tracking data every 15 minutes for most carriers. During peak seasons, updates may take slightly longer.

Can I track international shipments?

Yes! We support tracking for most international shipments handled by our supported carriers.

Is my tracking information secure?
