💡 SHEIN Logistics & Tracking Hub
SHEIN Logistics & Tracking Hub
Every way to track a SHEIN order — and the real carriers behind it
SHEIN runs its own warehouses, but not its own delivery fleet — last-mile delivery is always handed to a named carrier: USPS, FedEx, UPS, DHL, or a regional partner depending on where you are. This hub links straight to SHEIN's own tracking, returns, and seller pages, plus every carrier that might actually be holding your box.

SHEIN Logistics Quick Links
Every link below is a real, live SHEIN, carrier, or aggregator page — verified before publishing.
Section 02
How SHEIN's Logistics Model Actually Works
SHEIN fulfills most orders from China, but also runs a smaller domestic operation — knowing which one shipped your order predicts your delivery date better than the shipping tier you paid for.
Cross-border (China) fulfillment
Most ordersThe large majority of SHEIN's catalog ships from its own warehouses in China. Items move by air freight to a regional hub, clear customs, then hand off to a domestic carrier for last-mile delivery.
US domestic warehouse (QuickShip)
US-onlySHEIN operates a US fulfillment center in Whitestown, Indiana, holding a narrower range of fast-moving stock. Orders filled from there skip the international leg entirely.
Section 03
SHEIN Tracking Systems
Like Temu, SHEIN doesn't run its own branded consolidated tracking portal — tracking runs through three layers.
Section 04
SHEIN Order Numbers vs. Tracking Numbers
Order number ≠ tracking number. SHEIN doesn't publish one universal tracking-number format — the number is generated by whichever carrier ends up moving the parcel.
| Identifier | Used For | Customer Visible? | Tracking Purpose |
|---|---|---|---|
| Order Number | Identifying your purchase inside SHEIN's system | Yes | Not a tracking number; used to look up the order in "My Orders" |
| Carrier Tracking Number | Following the physical parcel once a domestic carrier has it | Yes, once assigned | Entered directly on the carrier's own tracking page (USPS/FedEx/UPS/DHL/regional) |
| China Post / Export Reference | The pre-handoff leg of a China-fulfilled shipment | Sometimes shown | May not resolve on the destination carrier's site until it's scanned in domestically |
| Return Label Tracking Number | A return shipment sent back through SHEIN's Returns Center | Yes, generated with the return label | Tracked on the return carrier's site (commonly UPS or USPS) |
Third-party trackers report SHEIN-linked USPS numbers can be 20+ digit Parcel Select codes, or standard 1Z-prefixed UPS numbers — but don't treat any prefix as a guaranteed universal format; confirm the carrier shown on your SHEIN order page first.
Section 05
SHEIN Carrier Ecosystem
SHEIN's own site doesn't publish a definitive carrier list, but these are the partners documented most consistently by region, with a direct link to each carrier's own tracker.
| Carrier | Region | Typical Role | Track Here |
|---|---|---|---|
| USPS | United States | Most common for standard-shipping parcels | tools.usps.com ↗ |
| FedEx | United States (+ intl) | Common for express shipping | fedex.com/tracking ↗ |
| UPS | United States (+ intl) | Used for some express and returns shipments | ups.com/track ↗ |
| DHL | International / cross-border | International leg and some express deliveries | dhl.com/tracking ↗ |
| Royal Mail | United Kingdom | UK last-mile delivery partner | royalmail.com ↗ |
| Evri | United Kingdom | UK last-mile courier (Evri merged into DHL eCommerce UK in Oct 2025) | evri.com/track-a-parcel ↗ |
| Yodel | United Kingdom | UK last-mile courier | yodel.co.uk/track ↗ |
| UniUni | Canada | Canadian last-mile delivery | uniuni.com/tracking ↗ |
| Canada Post | Canada | Canadian last-mile delivery, alternative to UniUni | canadapost-postescanada.ca ↗ |
| Australia Post | Australia | Australian last-mile delivery | auspost.com.au ↗ |
| China Post | China (export leg) | Initial export handling before international handoff | Tracks via destination-country carrier once handed off |
Coverage varies by destination — don't assume every carrier above ships to every country. The carrier named on your SHEIN order/tracking page is always the authoritative source.
Section 06 — Troubleshooting
"Who is delivering my SHEIN package?"
Five steps to find the exact carrier and open its tracking page directly.
Sign in and open "My Orders"
Go to us.shein.com, sign in, and open your order list.
Select "Track" on the shipped order
SHEIN shows the current status and, once handed off, the carrier name and tracking number.
Note the exact carrier and number
It will be one of USPS, FedEx, UPS, DHL, or a regional carrier — copy the tracking number exactly as shown.
Open that carrier's own tracking page
Use the direct links in Section 05 above — the carrier's own site is more current than SHEIN's app for scan-level detail.
Still stuck? Contact SHEIN directly
Use the official Customer Support page rather than guessing further.
Track your SHEIN shipment
Jump to the tracker or go straight to SHEIN's own order page.
Section 07
SHEIN Shipment Lifecycle (China-Fulfilled Path)
Where tracking visibility appears — and where it typically goes quiet — for a standard, China-warehoused order.
Order processing
SHEIN picks, packs, and — per its own site — sterilizes and inspects the order at its warehouse. Takes roughly 1–3 business days.
Export & international transit
The parcel is consolidated and flown toward the destination country, commonly via China Post or a cross-border logistics partner. Tracking is often silent here.
Customs clearance
Import customs processing — the most common point for a tracking status to stall for several days.
Domestic carrier handoff
Customs releases the parcel to USPS, FedEx, UPS, DHL, or a regional partner. The first detailed scan usually appears here.
Domestic transit
Standard carrier network movement through sortation and regional facilities.
Last-mile delivery
"Out for Delivery" appears, followed by the final delivery scan.
Delivered
Confirmed on both the carrier's site and inside your SHEIN order page — confirming delivery in-app earns SHEIN Bonus Points.
Orders filled from SHEIN's US (Whitestown, Indiana) warehouse skip Stages 1–3's international leg entirely, starting directly at Stage 4 — which is why domestic orders arrive noticeably faster.
Section 08
SHEIN Marketplace & Selling on SHEIN
Separate from SHEIN's own private-label catalog, SHEIN Marketplace lets qualified third-party brands sell directly to SHEIN's shopper base.
Who qualifies
SHEIN Marketplace targets established, registered businesses — sellers are commonly expected to show significant annual revenue, and individual/sole-proprietor accounts are not supported.
Fulfillment options
Sellers can ship directly from their own warehouse, use SHEIN's own fulfillment service, work with an approved 3PL, or fulfill through a multichannel service such as Amazon MCF.
Shipping requirements
Marketplace sellers must generally process orders within 24 hours, ship within 48 hours, upload tracking numbers promptly, and get orders delivered within about 7 business days or face a per-order fee.

SHEIN Developer & Integration Resources
Unlike Amazon's SP-API or Temu's Partner Platform, SHEIN doesn't publish a standalone public developer-docs website. Integration access is managed from inside the Seller Hub itself.
Approved sellers apply for an API key from Personal Center → Third-Party Application inside Seller Hub.
seller-us.shein.com ↗Order, inventory, and tracking sync typically runs through approved partners like ShipStation, ChannelEngine, and M2E rather than a self-serve public API.
Third-party integration layerBecause SHEIN's API access is invite/approval-based rather than openly documented, this page won't link to a public "SHEIN developer docs" URL — none is confirmed to exist. If you're integrating, start inside Seller Hub or through a listed integration partner.
