💡 Shopee Logistics & Tracking Hub
Shopee Logistics & Tracking Hub
Every way to track a Shopee order — and the SPX network behind it
Shopee runs its own last-mile logistics arm, Shopee Xpress (SPX), but plenty of orders still move through third-party couriers instead. Like several other regional marketplaces, "Shopee" isn't one website — it's a separate site per country. This hub links straight to the real pages that exist for the major markets, plus the SPX trackers and developer platform behind them all.

Shopee Logistics Quick Links
Every link below is a real, live Shopee, SPX, or help-center page — verified before publishing. Because the platform is country-specific, links are grouped by market where relevant.
Section 02
How Shopee's Logistics Model Actually Works
Shopee Supported Logistics (SSL) is the umbrella term — but it covers Shopee's own delivery network as well as a long list of third-party carriers, and non-integrated shipping still exists on top of that.
Shopee Xpress (SPX)
Shopee-ownedShopee's own last-mile courier, operating under country-specific names (SPX PH, SPX ID, SPX VN, SPX TH, SPX MY, SPX TW, and more, plus expansion into Latin America). Tracking is fully integrated into the Shopee app.
Shopee Supported Logistics (SSL) — third-party
IntegratedNational posts and private couriers integrated directly with Shopee — e.g. Ninja Van, J&T Express, Poslaju, POS Malaysia, ABX Express, Skynet, Singapore Post, ZTO, depending on country. Tracking shows automatically in the app.
Non-SSL / self-arranged shipping
Seller-managedSome sellers ship using a courier that isn't integrated with Shopee. Tracking numbers for these orders aren't shown automatically — the buyer has to request them from the seller via Shopee Chat.
Section 03
Shopee Tracking Systems
Tracking runs through Shopee's own order page first, backed by SPX's own country-specific tracker for more granular detail.
Section 04
Order Numbers vs. Tracking Numbers
Order SN ≠ tracking number. Shopee's Order Serial Number (SN) identifies the purchase; the courier tracking number identifies the physical parcel and is entered separately.
| Identifier | Used For | Customer Visible? | Tracking Purpose |
|---|---|---|---|
| Order SN | Identifying the purchase inside "My Purchases," and used for support requests | Yes | Not a tracking number; needed when contacting Shopee support |
| SPX Tracking Number | Following a parcel handled by Shopee's own SPX network | Yes | Trackable in-app or on the country's spx.<cc> site |
| Third-Party Courier Tracking Number | Following a parcel handled by an SSL-integrated courier (Ninja Van, J&T, Poslaju, etc.) | Yes | Trackable in-app, or directly on that courier's own site |
| Non-SSL Tracking Number | A courier not integrated with Shopee, arranged directly by the seller | Only if the seller shares it | Must be requested via Shopee Chat; not shown automatically |
Formats vary widely by courier and country — SPX numbers, for example, don't follow one single public pattern, so always confirm the exact code shown on the order page rather than guessing.
Section 05
Shopee Carrier Ecosystem
SPX is the fastest-growing part of the network, but a long list of national and regional couriers still carries a large share of Shopee volume, especially outside major cities.
| Carrier / Network | Relationship to Shopee | Typical Region | Track Here |
|---|---|---|---|
| Shopee Xpress (SPX) | Shopee's own last-mile logistics arm | Most Shopee markets | spx.ph ↗ (Philippines example) |
| Ninja Van | SSL-integrated third-party courier | Singapore, Malaysia, Philippines, Vietnam, Indonesia, Thailand | Shown in-app or on Ninja Van's own site |
| J&T Express | SSL-integrated third-party courier | Indonesia, Philippines, Malaysia, and more | Shown in-app or on J&T's own site |
| Poslaju / POS Malaysia | SSL-integrated national postal courier | Malaysia | Shown in-app or on Pos Malaysia's own site |
| Singapore Post | SSL-integrated national postal courier | Singapore | Shown in-app or on SingPost's own site |
| ABX Express / Skynet / GDex | SSL-integrated regional couriers | Malaysia | Shown in-app or on the courier's own site |
| DHL | Available as a seller-selected option in some markets | Malaysia and select markets | Track directly on dhl.com |
The exact courier mix is set per country and changes as Shopee expands SPX coverage — always check the courier named on the specific order rather than assuming SPX handles everything.
Section 06 — Troubleshooting
"Who is delivering my Shopee order?"
Five steps to identify the courier and confirm your shipment status.
Open "My Purchases" in the app
Go to Me > My Purchases and find the order under To Ship or To Receive.
Tap "Track Order"
If tracking is integrated (SSL), this shows the current courier and a live status timeline.
No tracking button? It's likely non-SSL
Message the seller directly through Shopee Chat and ask for the courier name and tracking number.
Check the named courier's own site
For SPX shipments, use your country's spx.<cc> site; for third-party couriers, use their own official tracker.
Delivery failed 3 times, or item never arrived?
SPX orders can be re-delivered by messaging "Re-delivery" to Shopee's in-app chatbot; otherwise use Shopee's Help Center to open a claim.
Track your Shopee order
Jump to the tracker or go straight to your country's Shopee Help Center.
Section 07
Shopee Shipment Lifecycle
Where tracking visibility appears at each stage of a standard SSL-integrated order.
Order confirmed
Payment is confirmed and the seller is notified to prepare the item.
Seller ships out
The seller hands the parcel to the assigned courier (SPX or another SSL partner) within their stated Ship Out Date.
Courier pickup confirmed
A tracking number appears on the order; status updates to "To Receive."
In transit / hub processing
Domestic orders typically move within 1–3 days; overseas/cross-border orders can take roughly 9–24 days depending on the route.
Out for delivery
The courier attempts delivery — Shopee notes up to three delivery attempts before an order is returned or re-delivery is requested.
Delivered
Status updates to "Completed" in the app; buyers can confirm receipt or open a dispute within the return/refund window.
Non-SSL orders skip Stage 3's automatic tracking-number step — the buyer only sees a courier and number if the seller shares it manually via chat.

Selling on Shopee & Seller Tools
Each country runs its own Seller Centre login, though the underlying platform and Open Platform API are shared.

Shopee Developer & API Resources
Shopee runs a genuine public developer platform — the Shopee Open Platform — covering order, product, and logistics integrations for approved partners and sellers.
Main developer portal: console, app registration, and API keys.
open.shopee.com ↗Official documentation covering order fulfillment, logistics, and shop management APIs.
open.shopee.com ↗API calls run against Shopee's partner host (partner.shopeemobile.com) once an app is registered through the Open Platform console and authorized by a shop — access isn't fully anonymous/self-serve the way some other marketplaces' sandbox tiers are.
